ARE THE CARS SELF DRIVE
NO – We provide a full chauffeured service.
Unsure of Times or Formal location
Key is booking the car for the date. We only do 1 formal per car per day. By booking a time block you are securing the car and we can change the time closer to the event. And as long as Formal is still in the same area ( ie Gold Coast) there would be no additional charges or issues to adding this later.
WHAT TYPE OF EVENT DO YOU CATER FOR
Any and all event that requires a chauffeured service or a classic car. We love doing Weddings, Formals , Special occasions. We also enjoy a weekend cruise to your favorite restaurant. We are available for TV, movie, product and promotional launches.
Private and& Flexible
As our hires are private and based around your requirements, we have the flexibility to make changes as required. Generally the driver will confirm your personalized itinerary at the beginning of your cruise.
Can we make last minute changes &
Yes – we are happy to make changes to arrangements as long as it doesn’t effect other bookings. Please note however any additional time will be charged.
Can we make special requests
Special requirements will be considered – please advise at booking.
My event is outside booking form options?
Not a problem! send us a message via the contact form or an email and we will see how we can make it work.
Do you book the venue and arrange food and drinks
We don’t place venue bookings on your behalf or preorder food / drinks. With so many food allergies and preferences we would hate to get it wrong. Besides it’s great to be able to choose what you want and have the ability to make last minute changes to your cruise if you feel like it.
Australia’s minimum drinking age for alcohol consumption is 18.
We are a chauffeur service not a tour company. Yes I know we have the word tour in some of our wording – simple answer – people advised us when searching they use the word tour not cruise, cruise implies an organised event by a car club. So to ensure you find us and understand what we offer we have inserted the word tour .
Do you cater for children
We love the excitement of the children in the cars, however please note not all cars have lap belts / seat belts. Due to this the cars are not suitable for children under 7
Do the Cars Have Seat belts
It is not a requirement for these cars to have seatbelts, nor for children to be secured with a seat belt under our booked hire / ride share lic , please click QLd Tranport Link for more info
However, we do require the children to be seated at all times and not jumping around for the safety of all passengers and driver, this will be the parent/carers responsibility to enforce.
Formal arrival times.
Formal queues range from 15 – 30 min wait in general – please factor this into your hire period. eg If formal arrivals start at 6 we want to be at pick up around 5 based on travel time of 1/2 hr to venue (10mins pick up photos, 30 mins travel , 15-20 mins in queue. ). if any additional travel time or pickup/photo locations a longer hire period will be required.
Can you decorate the cars
Yes we have several decoration options , from a white ribbon on the front , “Just Married” or “Bride and Groom” signs, and other customs items.
What if my event is postponed or rescheduled
We will try and reschedule your car to the new date. However if that is not possible we will provide you with a gift voucher for the same value to be used at another time. If you wish to cancel please refer to our cancellation policy here
Do the cars have Aircon-/or heating
We like to keep the cars original, so if it had aircon when it was first released then yes it has it. Otherwise its old school style! What does that mean? – Fans / Throws and that extra reason to snuggle close.
Car Capacity
Capacity is dependent on the classic car you choose. Please refer to the vehicle information page to select the perfect car for your day
Emergency kits
All cars have a emergency kits :Hairspray, Bobby pins, Deodorant, Sewing kit + more.
QLD TRANSPORT ACCREDITATION
Why is this important ? Without this the passenger is not covered under insurance if injured.
Even if the car is registered and insured for normal road use without this accreditation the car loses its insurance if in an accident, meaning the car and you are not insured.
Which cars can’t get Accreditation?
- Left hand drive cars
- Cars on a club rego ( these usually have an S at the front of the number plate)
- Cars not on a booked hire rego

We hold all appropriate licenses and insurances required to operate a Booked Hire Service. As part of the Booked Hire Lic all our drivers and cars have to go thru health checks , police checks and mechanical checks regularly
- Our Drivers hold Driver Authorisation & Working with Children Blue cards
- All vehicles hold a Booked Hire Lic , Booked hire CTP and Comprehensive Insurance.
- A Classic Cruize holds Public Liability Insurance.
- We hold a QLD Passenger LIC – Meaning we can only pick up from Locations in QLD
- With out these the passenger is not covered under insurance if injured.

To ensure that your cruise is just as memorable as the special day, our team takes great pride in the presentation of our vehicles—because let’s face it, the photos should be just as stunning as you are.
To maintain that level of excellence, our staff ensures the vehicles are spotless (inside and out), checks for any maintenance needs, and, of course, adds those lovely touches like ribbons and decorations ( if required). We also want to make sure our drivers are fully prepared and ready to get you to your venue safely and on time, which requires a bit of time and attention to detail.
Additionally, the wear and tear on our vehicles, along with ongoing costs for licensing, insurance, and operational expenses, remain the same regardless of how long you’re with us. It’s all part of keeping our service top-notch!

QLD TRANSPORT ACCREDITATION
Why is this important ? Without this the passenger is not covered under insurance if injured.

This is not commonly known and most car owners assume because they have normal insurance they are covered. They are not and there is a $12000 fine if they get caught.
